Great stuff! Breaking tasks down into bite-size pieces is a great idea. What are your thoughts on adjusting for things like health issues, family interruptions, etc??
That’s a good question! I have fibromyalgia, so I’m always adjusting for health issues lol. What I generally do is rewrite my calendar or cross things out if my body isn’t physically up to the challenge. Life happens. But I do try to show up to each thing, even if only for five or ten minutes, to keep the metaphorical paint wet.
